For the last couple of years, Angie has specialized in working with difficult situations within the real estate industry by helping people who could not normally qualify for a conventional loan obtain the financing they need to purchase their own home. Denise has devoted her career to helping people ‘right size’ into the perfect home that will transition them into the next chapter in their life.  Her nearly 22 years of customer service experience has taught her the art of letting her clients know they are number one.  Delivering excellent service to her clients is one of the many ways she is able to make their important move as smooth as possible. Born and raised in St. Louis, and living the middle 16 of those years in St. Charles, her knowledge of the area and surrounding communities helps buyers and sellers obtain the perfect home.

Denise studies the market, continuously educating herself and her team on what is happening today, looking at the direction and changes so she can best serve her clientele. As the market changed in recent years and homeowners struggled with being able to sell their home, Denise brought creative solutions to be able to sell their property. For a lot of these people, she was the one thing that kept them from foreclosure.  This is a benefit to you.  She has the ability to think outside the box when it comes to marketing and selling your house.  The goal is always a win/win for everyone.  This skill is why she is able to sell homes that others may not be able to sell faster and for more money.

Denise has been a successful business owner for over 10 years.  She is a recipient of the Beyond The Best In Business Award 2012.  The award is given to those who go above what is expected of them in business and in the community.  Denise Rinehart cares about her community she lives in and the world around her. This is proven in her volunteering for muscular dystrophy in 2012. She has volunteered with a local disaster relief organization, Service International, for several years, traveling within the U.S. and abroad bringing support and encouragement to those who have lost everything. She enjoys donating her time to her church. In her spare time Denise enjoys traveling, running, yoga, hiking, reading, and going to the movies. Her goal is to hike to the bottom of the Grand Canyon on her 45th birthday.
